The DM sabers are great but I’m afraid the customer service was not. They forgot to include the chargers to charge the sabers.
When I asked if they can send the chargers because they forgot, they said they couldn’t be bothered to send the chargers because it will cost them additional shipping fees. So they instructed me to just buy the chargers myself.
The sabers are great but buyer beware that the customer service is terrible.
Exquisite craftsmanship with the customer service to match. Gavin was nothing but helpful every step of the way even during a hectic summer sale/launch of the Ashoka show!
This by far is one of my favorite sabers from ultimate Works. The darth maul 2 is unbelievably detailed down to the last piece. Being able to use them as single light sabers is a plus. Assembling it was very easy and the Asteria board is incredible. The 7/8 blades makes it lighter and easy to swing. I recommend Ultimate works to anyone who is the market for good quality lightsabers. UW is easy to work. Their customer service was great with any questions I had. they responded immediately and were able answer my questions or give additional advice about my saber. Their shipping time was very fast and easy track its location. This is my third lifesaver purchase from them and they are my go to people to meet my light saber needs.

After looking at dozens of saber makers, I decided on UW sabers. The accuracy and price were both very good. Opening the box and first igniting it, brought me back to being a kid in 1977.. I highly recommend it..
I love the hilt ever since I opened it and held the hilt in hand. I would highly recommend this saber and ultimate Works as a company . I did add a covertec wheel to the amitter of one hilt so I can have the saber on my belt but all in all I highly recommend this saber and ultimate Works as a company.
This is my second UW saber. Gavin at UW answered all my questions and mailed it out fast. The saber arrived less than a week and it was a thing of art. The FO V2 is a spot on replica with endless possibilities. I will be doing more business with UW. I would recommend anybody looking to get an affordable Quality saber. Thanks Gavin!

So first off, these sabers — especially at this price — are by far the best Ashoka sabers I’ve found, and I already owned another pair. They’re also the only ones with 1” blades as the others do 7/8” to cut the size of the hilts, making this set all the better!
That said, I did have an issue. The shoto stopped working after a couple of weeks, so Gavin in Customer Service sent me videos showing how to safely and easily (SHOCKINGLY easy) take the saber apart and send him videos of the buttons, wires, and boards. He accurately diagnosed every issue related to the button board — the culprit. They sent me replacement boards at no cost to me, showed me videos of how to remove the old and install the new, and then diagnosed a very minor problem I accidentally created during the install (loose speaker caused board to vibrate, triggering FOC in an endless loop). Now they both work perfectly!
I admit to getting a little miffed that they wanted me to send the old one back to get a replacement sent to me, but DHL wanted $300 to send it back to China, which is more than the shoto cost me; but the customer service team staying with me for weeks and the expert diagnostics fixing the problem for far lower cost for everyone made everything worth it. I just wish some bad customers hadn’t ruined it for the rest of us.
If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to partner with someone who has a US address so that issues and broken hilts can be returned promptly and do not cost hundreds of dollars. Overall though, very satisfied!

I just received my Ronin lightsaber today and I was not disappointed. The hilt felt amazing. the smooth swing and the sound fonts were incredible. the hilt is a accurate replica of the Ronin saber. Gavon was very easy to work with and if I had any question very quick to respond. Looking forward to doing more business with them. Thank you ultimate works.

The Ronin LightSaber from UltimateWorks is a very accurate depiction of the Lightsaber seen in Star Wars: Visions - The Duel. The blade is sturdy despite being neopixel, I was able to duel with my friends who were using base-lit sabers and it still held its ground. Smooth swing & very bright lightning + customizable sound just makes it all the more better!
You can't notice that the blade is lowbase iluminated.
Just received my hilt yesterday! This thing is beautiful! Not too heavy! It came with 12 fonts already on it which is great! So much easier to add and edit fonts than the proffie! I added the “the duel” font from kyber phonics which is perfect for this saber! Will definitely be buying again! Thank you guys!
