I got the prekit version and even without the heart this hilt is weighty which makes it feel very quality and sturdy. It has accurate bunny ears and activation box serving as functional clamps. That and the jedi code inside the hilt were both nice touches. My only minor criticism is that the grip can slide a bit if you twist it a bit too forcefully but thats unavoidable I think and doesn't impact the function at all.
Purchasing my first saber was quite the daunting task when I first took the initiative to do my research and settle on Ultimateworks. While the reviews for the Pachstore said they were amazing and had amazing customer service as well, I decided to buy directly from Ultimateworks, since I currently live in South Korea, and figured the shipping wouldn't be an issue. Throughout the whole process, I was amazed by the level of support I got from Gavin. Customs is very fickle in South Korea, especially when it comes to English names. Gavin was patient and worked with me every step of the way, to make sure my lightsaber arrived as quickly as possible. He also was kind in answering my questions and making sure I had made the right purchase as well. The proffie board will be a learning experience for me, but I'm looking forward to the challenge. The hilt itself is beautifully crafted, with obvious consideration going into the accuracy of the saber itself. Ultimateworks is the way to go for lightsaber purchases...not only for the interchangeable chassis, (which shows their consideration of their customers), but the customer service that gave me, a new saber enthusiast, peace of mind when selecting a new saber to purchase.

Really happy with my ahsokas they replaced my lgt versions of hers and it's night and day. Way more accurate and solid. I would recommend the proffie board though the asteria was bit lacking but not bad for the price. The damage was barely noticeable on the set that I got but they do confirm any damages before sending them.
Man these hilts are outstanding, they look the part and the proffie cores are damn loud, what can I say UW does it again 10/10 guys
This is the most accurately scaled and detailed Marrok saber available. The locking mechanism on the rings is simple and gives it so much stability while not compromising the accuracy of the saber. It is my second Ultimate Works inquisitor saber and they once again prove they are the best of the best at making these unusual sabers. I would love to see them tackle an extra weird design like the Eighth Brothers’ saber.

Very sturdy and heavy. The machining on this hilt is excellent and the accuracy and sound resonance are really good.
